Both, Dr. Garwood and Optician Adrian were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The reception ... staff was friendly as well. Along with my eye exam, I purchased my everyday glasses and a pair of sunglasses after my appointment, with input from both Dr. Garwood and Adrian. Both pair of glasses seem to be working fine.

They are extremely thorough with the health and caring for your eyes. They don't rush you and answer... any questions you need answered. They are a busy office for a good reason. Glasses are more expensive than other options in town, but I think it's worth every penny to get updated care. I'll continue going here as long as they take my Tricare insurance.

The staff was kind and able to get us in quickly for a same day appointment. Dr. Garwood was great ... with my 6 year old and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Garwood made she to answer all my questions and also made sure my daughter had a chance to ask any questions. Dr. Garwood was very kind and thorough.

Dr. Garwood is a total pro, but can let down and connect about matters other than the shape of your ... eyeball. Thomas took the baton pass from her and got me into a nice pair of Tom Ford's. Our time together wasn't just transactional, but interactional. It all felt nicely human, start to finish.
